"The 'tool' that could"

I bought an older version of this product but never used it. For a some reason I was speaking to a CardScan employee on the phone and decided to buy a CardScan Executive due to the promotion and the selling skills of your employee. Though not easy, she sold me on the product and company. That was in 1996 I've not regreted that decision.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use
Cons: Needs a better UI, Inaccurate

It was fast and easy for me to enter my boss's cards. I only had to correct a few of the entries because of hand writting that was on some of the cards.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution

For what this wonderful device has to do ...97% og it is a gold mine...the most trying is making sure it is filling in all of the information and that I agree is difficult when people are using different fonts or size...bu tis is my one flaw with Cardscan...

Don't get me wrong this system is an amazing time saver. i feel it could be a little faster from scan to completed entry and maybe a bit more accurate.
