Keeps My Database Completely up to Date

Card Scan works very well. I am impressed on how accurate it transfers data from a Business Card to my Database. Once you use Card Scan you will never want to enter client info any other way.
Pros: Scans Accurately

I use this product to power network. Information is scanned and then transfered to Act. Once in Act. we can use any mail service on the web for marketing!
Pros: Easy To Transport, Beats typing, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately

I hate having to pilfer through a Rolodex. the search feature once I had my 250+ contacts loaded saves me time and frustrations.

Invaluable Business Tool

I collect Business Cards daily from multiple clients. I scan them in, sync with the website where my inside counterpart updates our client database. This also provides all pertinent information for purchase orders. I don't know how I would live with out it!

You can add new features: A.- combine/mix 2 data cards in one. B.- I've a contact without an image. I would like add the image scan only and I cann't do it now.

"The 'tool' that could"

I bought an older version of this product but never used it. For a some reason I was speaking to a CardScan employee on the phone and decided to buy a CardScan Executive due to the promotion and the selling skills of your employee. Though not easy, she sold me on the product and company. That was in 1996 I've not regreted that decision.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use
Cons: Needs a better UI, Inaccurate
