Time saver - but ....

Lost a data base of clients and had to reenter about 1000 cards. Found the Cardscan Executive was quicker then if I had to manually enter them all but it did create a lot of errors. This is mainly due to the large variety in cards styles and set up. Would rather do small batches by hand but for more then 20 it does save time.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport
Cons: Inaccurate

Worth the Investment! Easy to Use

I use this to consolidate all the business cards I've received over the years. It eliminates the clutter and i can easily pull up information in a matter of seconds. The only con would be that you have to input specific information on your own. Other than that, it's a wonderful product.

No More Clutter/Rubberbands or Clips!

With scanners being so prevelant in our lives, this mini business card scanner is just what the doctor ordered. It's easy to use, it's easy to keep your desk free from hundereds if not thousands of business cards, keeps them in a safe backed up place as well. I love my Card Scan Scanner!
Pros: Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport
Cons: Software is a bit clunky

I used it to sort my contact and get updates from my customers.I like how easy it is to scan cards into computer. But confuse about the sync from the web to computer.
Pros: Easy To Transport
Cons: Understanding sync card

After having a mess of contacts for years I have finally arrived at a soluiton that solves all this. That is it.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution
