Small Investment - Great ROI

We use it as a depository for all our Department Contacts. It heps us to eliminate Duplicates in Contacts, Program mass emailing,Newsletters and lot more. Very user friendly,simple and does what it is purchased for. Only additional prefference i would like to have is to add Multiple user option, where multiple users can scan cards to the same database at a given time
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, User Friendly, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Great Database, Easy To Use
Cons: Multi users at one time

Does NOT Work With Novell products

in general it works really good, but it surprise me a lot how can you take information from a signature in an e-mail for example and take it directly to the application with out scanning or without typing. That's great!

You Need One

I use my Cardscan to help organise my business. I attend many networking events and trade shows, without Cardscan we would in a pickle.

I use the software all the time, especially after going to a meeting. It's great in helping me remember all the new contacts I have made. Also helpful to find those people that I haven't contacted in a while.
