Compact and Mighty

collecting info from a broad array of personal and professional associates ease of use -- though at times seems slow and or inaccurate (perhaps you need to manage/educate buyer expectations A basic (i.e., non-sophisticated contact management tool would really help Needs to interface with Thunderbird.
Pros: Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport
Cons: Needs mozilla interface, Basic contact management, Simplify guping contacts, Inaccurate, Works Slowly

Good, start but needs some improvements

It is a pain to transfer the data to my Blackberry. Also I would like for the system to be able to manage the data in both my Blackberry and Cardscan list without eliminating or duplicating contacts. Furthermore, editing to compare duplicate entries is a pain. Why can't the system notice similar entries and suggest they are duplicates.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Inaccurate

Easy to be in touch with the world

It doesn't reconize very well the twin contacts and similars/compatibles; but, on the opposite, it reconize as similar to much contacs they are not!
Pros: Scans Quickly
Cons: Inaccurate

Great security and piece of mind. I can access my contact list anywhere I have an internet connection. Most importantly my information can never be lost because it's also online

I receive weekly leads and frankly would never ant to type them all in. This information comes on cards but is not in strict business card form. I have been frustrated by an inability to map specific types of information to fields, so everything goes into notes, where I manually move once they are in Outlook or ACT! But this is a relatively minor, though time consuming, process relative to the phenomenal advantages this platform has afforded me over my competitors. You are absolutely the best!

Hard to Live Without It!

Great product. Had mine for 18 months and it is flawless. I can't imagine what a new design would be like: it must be awesome!! If you had an earlier CardScan (as I did) and wondered "what were these people thinkink (as I did)...take a chance and test this one. CardScan really made it better. The on-line "At Your Service" is flawless. It has saved my life more than once to be able to see the complete files...someplace where I won't lose them!!
Pros: Easy To Use, Better than before, Simply, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, The Best, Scans Accurately
Cons: Deciding categories, Moving one cat to another, Think hard to fault it
