it saves a ton of time since i cant type and i deal with a lot of clients, although it is sometimes inaccurate

I use my scanner to protect my contact; data, update my data, image cards, and keep my business up to date with customers.My only problems are the lack of file creation on the application on my pc. Separation of contacts in additional files would be great and the cost of interacting with [@] Otherwise this is a wonderful back of of data you can keep for a very long time and constantly update.
Pros: Great back up portal
Cons: File separation on app

I can't use it the way I was led to believe that I could. I was told it would work with all email programs. It does not work with AOL

Good idea, shame software lags behind

Good idea and hardware. Software doesn't have the same quality, which it's a shame. Most serious problem is the lack of flexibility with software. Not very intuitive. A major flaw is the inability of incorporating cards that one can find in the online portal into own contacts. Again lack of flexibility. This tool could compite with LinkeDin and others, but missess a good opportunity due to lack of flexibility and not very intuitive use.
