I carry this around with me everywhere i go and love it when someone gives me a business card i take it back to the computer and load it that way i have it when i want to view it.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport

Great Contact Management for Engineers

I use Cardscan for all my Engineering, Projects and Contractor/Vendor data management. I can add extensive notes, including past experiences, or standard specifications for key items. I can organize and retrieve contact information (easily) by the provided categories, or add my own for key supply items, skillset or selective crafts.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Good Notes Organization, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Exports and Imports Data

Good product, half hearted customer serv

I like the CardScan and reccomend it. But I think your customer service needs upgrading. Two examples: 1. I have bought my CardScan online from CardScan, I have been offered by email - often - to buy upgrades or new versions. But when I accept the offer,I am told I can only buy locally for much higher prices, as I live outside of the US. 2. This summer I purchased a new laptop, and thought of buying a Mac. I asked if CardScan was compatible with Mac, and was told 'No', so I bought a PC. And now a few months later I can see that CardScan has produced a Mac-compatible version. Neither examples show the type of Customer sensitivity that a good Internationally oriented Company should have. If you offer something, you should honor your offer. If you say you don't have something, that should be true, also a few months later. I still get upgrade offers by email. I still recommend CardScan in spite of your service level, but would do so even more enthusiastically if you could take your customers more seriously than you seem to do.

it rocks but get exec if using vista 64

I really like my cardscan and the online tool. I went to buy the personal one but found out I needed to buy the exec model to work with vista 64. I wish the exec came with a carry case like the personal one does. cardscan is great. Linking with outlook then from outlook to iPhone can be a bit tricky but doable.
