Accurate-even for Foreign countries

We make most of our business contacts with individuals in foreign countries. Cardscan is often amazingly accurate, and we have the scan also for front and back of card.

I collect many cards in my business. CardScan enables me to quickly load the details into Outlook and then keep their details up to date using CardScan.net

Finally! Hundreds of cards under control

The hundreds of business cards I recieve can all be at my fingertips now. From synchronizing with the web to Outlook and my smartphone I am prepared to contact anyone that has given me a card. I can finally manage all the contact information in one place.

Terrific Tool

Very simple to create lists and then download into Outlook if needed - haven't yet tried other options yet. Love this machine and am in awe how it correctly places information into proper category, perhaps not all the time but a very high percent of it considering how many cards I've had to scan; and my scanned cards from overseas often have a lot of information on it - this is a great time saver. Scanned cards are very clear and information easily deleted or changed - great area for notes. Also like the duplicate option which allows me to tell when there are any - with hundreds and hundreds of cards scanned, this is a terrific tool.
