This product gives you 24/7 access from anywhere to your entire customer base. Can't do better than that.

I've used CardScan for over 10 years accumulating over 3,000 contacts. While I'm technically challenged, it's easy to use, the data transfers accurately and I don't have business cards all over the office and home which often gets lost. Syncing with my PDA allows me to keep my contacts handy at all times.

Easy timesaver

97% accurate in scanning cards. Most scan errors are due to business card artwork and color contrast, which is difficult for the eye to see anyway, let alone the card reader & software. Easily syncs with Outlook, and then with iTunes. Scanned cards almost instantly appear on my iPhone. If I lost my cardScan due to an office theft, I'd immediately buy another one; it's that important to my productivity, just like a cell phone.

CardScan front-ends my contact list

I return from tradeshows with dozens and dozens of business cards. Using cardscan I can organize them, archive what's not needed currently, back up to the web, and make maximum use of the most valuable item in my inventory; my contacts.

Couldn't live without it

When I get back from a tradeshow with 50 cards it takes just a few minutes to scan and about a day to input all my notes, comments and make minor corrections. This is in contrast to my old manual entry that took three or four days. The real beauty is the Cardscan software. 1. It's quick and easy to find a contact, just start typing anything you remember about them and it narrows down the list as you type. 2. The integration with Outlook is SO EASY and if there are conflicting changes to the same record it prompts me and allows me to make a manual selection of which record to keep. 3. The online backup feature means all my contacts are always safe and any activity I log in Outlook is also backed up since I keep Outlook synched with Cardscan. 4. Importing and exporting is a breeze, far easier than with Outlook or ACT, so it's a snap to import lists of contacts provided by marketing. 5. I can view my contacts online via the web! Comes in handy when I can't remember a name on show-site.
