Contact Management made easy!

I scanned-in over 1000 business cards that were in my cardfile and in piles on my desk, and I imported my email address books. The process took me only about a week, at a hour or so a day. The accuracy of the cardscan device and the intelligence of the software made the process easy and quick. And the Cardscan Online service has already saved me through a major computer failure and corrupted local backup. Thanks, Cardscan!

Hours of work saved with great accuracy

I have 1,000s of cards. As I add new ones, I can isolate date of entry, export the new entries to an excel file and then add them easily to my enewsletter. Of course the search feature is a tremendous time saver as well.

Since using my Cardscan, I have scanned nearly 1,000 business cards that were simply a pain to search through to find a contact. Cardscan has allowed me to organize all of my contact informaiton. It syncs flawlessly with MS Outlook and my PDA phone. One of the best technology purchases I have made in years.

Great tool. I love it. It would be great to leverage the scanner for expense receipts as well.

My first unit was a gift which i worked into the ground and only replaced for size and convieniance ... my first CARDSCAN has travelled with me for 7 years and will continue for at least 7 more.

Its sweet, though not easy to sync with small phones but its great online backup that i had to get 5 packs for my clients.
Pros: Easy To Use
