Good product, needs some improvment

I wish you could transfeer a copy of a business card to email. Simular to outlook.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Good Resolution
Cons: Inaccurate

Keep all contact information in one spot! I no longer have to try to figure out WHERE I PUT THAT CARD! With Cardscan you no longer have to worry about lost cards. Takes seconds to do and will help you stay organized!You can also review all cards and update information with Cardscan At Your Service!

CardScan worked seamlessly with Outlook to create a contact management system for our title company that is over 18 years old and had no contact management system at all. It would have taken hours to manually put all of this information in.

I have decided to get a business card scanner because I was tired of looking at the piles and piles of business cards in my drawer at work! I never got enough time to enter all that information on those business cards into Excel (manually) and such an investment in a business card reader was a must! Card Scan Executive is very accurate. After you scan the card, you have the option to upload the data to several different applications. Since I work with Excel a lot, I upload everything to Excel. It also keeps an image of the original business card after you scan it, so you really don't have any reason to keep the original, hard copy business cards after you scan them all. Yes! You can finally clear your drawer which feels very good! I even used the card scanner in the plane! You simply plug into your USB port, and within seconds it is ready to go. It scans the cards very fast, one after another, and also consumes very little of your precious battery power. In fact, it is so little that you can't even tell the difference. Last but not least, the software it comes with is very intuitive and extremely easy to use. I am glad I bought the card scan executive. Although the device could have been a little smaller, I take it with me anywhere I go! Trust me! You are going to love this product which is going to increase your productivity considerably and also let you get organized once and for all!
