I love the product and have been using it for both home and business for years. I think it would be a big timesaver to have auto download feature for Outlook (and other products) vs me having to take the time for the extra step to "transfer" it - Also, I think the price point is a little to high for the lack of auto features
Pros: Gets it most of the time
Cons: Need outlook auto downloa

Good Core Product

Good Core Product. Software support in terms of providing upgrades and enhancements to the CardScan software is disappointing and prevents a rating of excellent and great. Paying for software upgrades is poor form and there should be a path for current users to get software upgrades without paying. Maybe a subscription fee based system at a quarter of the software upgrade price is appropriate. For now, this is the main drawback to an otherwise excellent product.
