Best [$] I ever spent!

I work in politics and can build a stack of cards in less than a week. Cardscan has cleaned out an entire drawer in my desk. The best part is being able to pick and choose which contacts I transfer to Outlook and my Blackberry. That way I can let Cardscan be a huge database without clogging up my Blackberry. The ability to add notes (where met her, what issue did we discuss, etc.) to each contact is also crucial for me.
Pros: Easy Setup, Good Resolution, Accurate Color, Excellent Software, Works on Network, Widely Compatible
Cons: Bent cards get stuck

CardScan offers a quick and efficient way to get business card information into my contacts database.

problem with support

Good product but,when my computer died and I had to re-install the software, I had problems interfacing it to other products such as Outlook. Support asked me stupid questions that I answered. They never responed after that.
Pros: Save data you wouldn't
Cons: Support poor

Excellent Productivity Tool/Great Value!

REally an excellent product and value for the money. I have used Card Scan for four years now, and I could not do my job without it. The backup on the cardscan.net web site has been invaluable when changing companies or positions, and the quality of the scan and images is fantastic. I think the software could be updated and improved and perhaps the user interface expanded to Mac, but those are only minor complaints.

Time Saving Product

While the product is excellent for scanning business cards, the software is slow when editing and searching database. Software (v.7.05) gularly "not responding" in Windows Vista. No new updates available without purchasing new scanner.

Cons: Poor Software, Slow sync to cardscannet

You can purchase new software which is Vista compatible without purchasing a new scanner.

No More Stacks Of Business Cards

Scans cards nearly perfectly, only problems are with fancy fonts and overly slick cards, and I can understand that as I can't read them either. Organizes and shows cards extremely well. I am very pleased with the CardScan Executive. It's usually hooked up to my laptop and sitting on the seat in my car as I do calls in my territory.
