It's fast, easy and for the most part accurate. It's easy to edit any errors the OCR might make. You can do 100 cards in ten minutes. It's that simple.
Pros: Widely Compatible, Best time saver, Excellent Software, Small Footprint, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, best productivity tool, Good Bit Depth, Fast, Good Resolution
Cons: Card tray needed

Synchronization with Outlook to maintain business contacts. Also, import of the text format file to another contact manager. Eliminates the need to key in hard to read information. It reads it for you. Display list options make it easy to find what you want.
