Turning chaos into order

I am a networking queen who became overwhelmed with business cards. I am also visual, so seeing the card is important to remembering the person. The CardScan Executive has made it fun and easy to get my contacts into my database. There is still some clean up that needs to be done but I have found the chaos on my desk has subsided. I can throw away the business cards that were littering my desk without fear that the information will be lost.
Pros: Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Works on Network
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

The product is excellent. I don't think it's marketed properly. The first time I heard about it was when I thought of getting rid of all of my business card contacts. I'm sure people would be willing to go for this product if they only knew it existed beforehand. Secondly, the product is overpriced. If the price was below 200$ ... and perhaps closer to 100, it would definitely become a smashing hit. The only reason I opted to go for it was that my company paid for it. I would not spend [$] of my own money on it.
Pros: Good Bit Depth, Accurate Color, Works on Network, Widely Compatible, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult Setup

I'm about the speed, not about the "gee-whiz". CardScan gives me speed and throws in the "gee-whiz" for free! I don't have time to maintain my contacts the way I'd like to - CardScan almost makes it dummy-proof.

Elegant and Simple

This helps me keep all my contacts in one place --family, friends and professional, and the online update, backup, and retrieval anywhere makes it even better. It works! Seems like magic and it is, when you realize that so many business cards are custom designed --name placement, address, various messages, etc. Even more, sometimes people write a note on the back of the card (or front) and this gets scanned too, so no more having to remember all the details from a brief encounter. As a pack rat, this gadget encourages me to take a card from anyone, anytime, anyplace.

It's fast, easy and for the most part accurate. It's easy to edit any errors the OCR might make. You can do 100 cards in ten minutes. It's that simple.
