This saves me an incredible amount of time over typing in names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and Web sites manually!

Life is easier

It does make life easier. I love that it takes the card & moves it right into my Outlook contacts. I do have lines through the cards I scan, but that is a visual issue. Not what I use it for. You do need to double check everything, because there is usually 1 or 2 mistakes on everycard. Still much quicker than typing.
Pros: Easy Setup, Widely Compatible
Cons: Poor Resolution, Inaccurate Scans

- Scan business card to Notes contact - I'd like it use less RAM when not in used or even not connected - Otherwise perfect

CardScan Executive lets me take business cards and turn them into meaningful contact libraries. I can include notes, personal information, or anything else that helps me remeber when and where we met or any special details that I need to help seal the deal.
