Saves you Time and Keeps you connected

I have walked by the aile so many times and seen this product and i kick myself for not getting it 5 years ago! I founf it cumbersome getting all the data scanned but once you have it the incremental effort to keep it up to date is minimal and the benefits of having your contacts in one place is phenomenal!
Pros: Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Excellent Software, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult to Keep Clean

I love the fact I can scan a card then transfer to my outlook and backup online for free!!!
Pros: Excellent Software, Good Resolution, Intergration, Accurate Color, Works on Network, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible

Great product and reliable scanning. Search function could be increased by allowing imbedded blanks in the search argument In the middle or at the end. example looking for words that are also sometimes imbedded in a persons name. AL first name. Al_ blank would pickup Al but currently also hits anything that has al in it.
Pros: Software corrections need, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible, Easy Setup, Good Bit Depth, Works on Network, Good Resolution
Cons: Poor Software, cant search for blanks

I use the product for storage and management of all business contacts, including high volumes of leads from exhibitions etc. The ease of scan & upload and the flexibility of the data is unrivalled. I just find the software rather confusing and muddled at times, however, overall a great product and I would say a neccesity for every office!
Pros: Easy Setup, Good Resolution, Easy to upload, Widely Compatible, Accurate Color, Saves so much time space, So quick
Cons: Software is muddled, Poor Software

We use this tool to record, control & reference the many business cards that we already have & ensure we hava accurate data of our many suppliers & service providers. It works straight from the box...on a PC & a PC working Parallels driven XP. The actual database is houed on a memory stick this allows me to travel with accurate data. Would welcome being able to load onto a Mac & share databases....
Pros: Works on Network, Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Good Data Capture
Cons: Cost of team software, No Mac support, Not many

I would like to have the ability to sort by state and city as I have a large territory to cover and it would allow for faster access to customers in a geographical region.

Overall, I’m very happy with the Executive Card Scan I purchased. It’s fairly fast, easy to use, and I like the ability to back up my business cards on-line. While using it to add about 800 cards over the years, I’ve found it’s more accurate to use it in color vs. B&W. The B&W has more errors, and at times is difficult to read the business card. I would recommend this product, and have, to friends and coworkers.
