Instructions are hard to follow. I've had this for over a year and have not found how to send a contact's name and address to my AOL e-mail account

I find the software exasperating. I get duplicate entries when I try to synch with Lotus Notes, so I just synch with Outlook. The scanning itself is pretty amazing what it picks up. The category fields do not carry over into Outlook - a major inconvenience.
Pros: Good Resolution
Cons: Poor Software, Difficult Setup

I use the cardscan as a quick way to keep my outlook up to date...friends mail me card to scan and then I imput then into the system, download to outlook and then transfer to my phone...takes 5 minutes...best part is the catagories...I need a Painter...sort by catagories and I have a painter...I love the system....
Pros: Widely Compatible, Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Works on Network, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Good Resolution
Cons: Sometimes teh Sync drops

We use our CardScan for Expos and Trade Shows. The savings of not having to rent one is huge. People attending Trade Shows are more likely to allow to scan their business card then a show badge.
Pros: Easy Setup, Accurate Color
Cons: Spread sheet needs work
