Great scanner - Good software

I use this product exclusively for scanning business contact cards. It does a great job, however the software frequently misreads data on the card. However, this is easily correctable.
Pros: Accurate Color, Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

Great for quick and dirty scanning of business cards. Dupe finder in the software is a very handy tool.
Pros: Accurate Color, Excellent Software, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Good Resolution, Good Bit Depth

Pro: Easy to set up. At Your Service is a life saver. Minimal adjustments to difficult cards. Cons: One Big One to me: Cannot transfer the same amount of files created on AtYourService to the CardScan application. I lose contacts for use on my pc.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy Setup
Cons: Not enough files

Product is great in general, easy to use, easy to carry. 2 impovement opportunities 1) Better character & logos recognition to avoid retyping 2) Should be a lot easier to import former address books from Lotus Noted for instance

Easy product, difficult software

The hardware is simple and works well, the software is far behind and does not easily integrate with Outlook 2007, especially the cards don't show up easy. Support of Dymo is very bad, takes ages to get a response. Duplication removal is a good tool.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Poor Software

Great Time Saver/Organizer

This product surely sames me time and keeps me organized. It was easy to setup and it is great coming back from networking events and just scanning in business cards and having them all saved for future use.. The few things that could make the product even better would be to allow it to scan both sides at the same time and also to have it recognize duplicates and alert the user instead of creating a new contact each time.

I use this product to scan all of my business cards. I create categories to organize the contacts and put notes in each contact so that I can remember certain things about the contact such as where i met them or the names of their children, etc. the online access to the contacts is great as well. However, if they could integrate a calendar and to do list or tasks into their software and online access that would make this product pretty much perfect.
