Great tool... software could be better

Easy to use. Helps with large mailings. Heres how I used this creativly: I printed out names and addresses, cut them into the size of a business cards and put them thru the card scanner to create mailing lists. Easily adds contacts into microsoft office with very little typing and clean up.
Pros: Excellent Software, Works on Network, Easy Setup, Accurate Color

allows efficient collection of business cards from mtgs and trade shows. effectively manages follow up internally or can easily export to other applications for simular use. With this product, I can take what previously took hours to accomplish and quickly scan, OCR, and index them in a fraction of the time it use to take allowing me to focus on profit driven activities.
Pros: Works well with MS Office, Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Accurate Color, A real time saver, Good Resolution, Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Easily shares images, Eliminates data entry
Cons: No batch card feeder

I use this product to scan my business cards. It takes few seconds to scan a card and compatible with Outlook and Lotus Notes. I love it !!!!

You can easily optimize your contact database, with an easy management of ranking
Pros: Esy organization, Good Resolution, Easy Setup
Cons: Difficoult file export

Needs to improve software

Software is lacking simply things,..eg. I would like to simly copy card image (both sides) to clipboard and paste those as a picture to the document. Secondly when I want to send card image as an email, it will bick up Outlook, even my default email is Lotus Notes.. etc...

Cons: Poor Software

Product does save significant time but accuracy of software is only decent and update service is actually a little irritating. All in the all though worth the price due to the ease of use and time savings involved. Hardware is excellent.
