Very user freindly and helped me organize a mess of business cards that had accumulated over a long period of time. In the short time i've used this, it has been very very useful.

Serious lack of documentation is overcome by talented support staff.

A Great Help in creating a contact datab

A great resource for turning that collection of business cards into useful data. Does a good job of intelligently isolating and extracting key fields, but has frequent trouble identifying the "@" symbol and hence extracting email addresses. Software updates are way more involved than necessary. My first failed to feed cards properly and was replaced with a reconditioned unit, which still has occasional mis-feeds. Overall, it greatly simplified and shortened the time taken to get card data extracted and entered into ACT!
Pros: Saves typing, Excellent Software, Easy Setup
Cons: Some errors on emails, Misfeeds cards

Simple and Easy to Use

Everyone has business cards handed to us by salesmen, businesses ect. Cardscan provides a way to organize cards from businesses or places we might want to go back to. Espicially good to go back to a sales person who might be on comission or a resteraunt that was particularly good.
