Syncing with MS Outlook is kind of slow. That's my only criticism of this product.
Pros: Easy Setup, Widely Compatible, Works on Network, Good Bit Depth, Excellent Software, Good Resolution, Accurate Color
Cons: slow

Huge time saver / Great Accuracy

I used CardScan for years and manage over 2000 contacts. Easily integrated with Lotus Notes and Outlook. The OCR software is very good and makes validating the scanned data a snap. It's one of my best technology purchases ever. Highly recommended.

Product saved me days of contact entry

I am a sales rep for an international company and find this tool saves me days of entering customer info. I also sync it with my blackberry and can send the customers info to other salesman as an attachment. The only issue is that you have to double check the info after you scan a card to make sure the info is 100%.
Pros: Blackberry compatible, Excellent Software, Fast, Easy Setup
Cons: Does not sync in webmail

This is a great product which I have used for over ten years. I refer to it everyday to find contact information. It scans information quickly, and enters it with amazing accuracy. It is easy to organize information, and share it with others.

Powerful and a snap to use

The product is unbelievably easy to install and use. I was able to scan a backlog of hundreds of business cards, capture important data, and add comments in just a few hours. Now that I'm current, each new card takes just a few seconds. No more endless searching for critical contact information- the automatic search tool inside the database quickly narrows results.

scans great most of time unless the card has lots of graphics and crazy fonts
