Superb way to track your contacts

I used to maintain stacks of business cards and continually tried to change how I maintained my files. I've tried notebooks with business card inserts, rolodex's with the business cards staples to rolodex cards and it seemed I still had difficutly locating the card when I needed it. With Card Scan, all the information is readily at hand and I can quickly search for the right information or contact. It is amazing how quickly the Card Scan can scan the cards in full color and capture all the infomation into files. I could never go back to filing business cards in a notebook. Thank you for a great product.

Unattractive Pricing - Good Product

Good functional product. Priced un-attractively... and makes it a difficult to justify for personal or wide-spread use in the company.

Easy to Use AND a Built-In Backup

Every time I come back from a networking meeting (roughly 3-4 times a week), I scan in the cards. With a single entry, I can tag all the cards as coming from that meeting so I know where I met them and the pictures on the cards are saved as well so that I can remember what these people looked like/who they were (I'm very visual so seeing the card helps me). The scans are accurate about 90% of the time (100% accurate when the cards are easy to read and not printed in copier blue). I would never be able to keep up with these contacts without this scanner. I'd have to pay an assistant for an hour after each meeting to accomplish what the scanner does in just minutes. It's easily paid for itself many times over.I even took it to a couple of conventions. It's so small and lightweight that carrying it was easy. During the downtimes at the booth, we scanned the cards of the people who had visited and emailed them that night thanking them for their visit and providing them with a coupon for their first online purchase. Talk about the ability to do quick response - we had over 500 cards. I would never have had the energy to do that work by hand.The only downside is the software.
