Cons: Can't read all cards, Inaccurate Scans

People are so busy taking care of business that they forgot to take care of BUSINESS. Cardscan is a must for any professional who meets people and wants to serve them in the most efficient way. If you are not a professional, then Cardscan is not for you!

The cardscan abiltity to separate contacts into different categories and keep them organized is a major plus. The Scanning function, "OCR" for accuracy is overwhelmingly one of the best improvements and feature of the Executive software!

I asked if this product was compatible with Goldmine Corporate Edition and I bought it on that. It DOES NOT WORK with Goldmine!
Cons: Goldmine does not work, Poor Software, Difficult Setup

Excellent contact tool

The CardScan 600c has been an excellent tool for managing contacts. Scanning business cards is easy, rapid, and mostly accurate. There are occasional errors caused by cards with unusual fonts and/or graphics, but overall accuracy is very good, and errors are easily corrected. Equally important is the ease with which information can be exported to Outlook, ACT, and similar sales management software. The only flaw I've noticed is the lack of a built in cover to prevent dust accumulation on the card feeder bed. This is a minor point and may only be cosmetic, as the scanner head is enclosed and seems to work well even when I have forgotten to clean the bed. Overall, a good value and an excellent tool.
