sync issue with outlook

with ms outlook and outlook express being the two major database managers, you would think that cardscan would make sure that syncing with them would be easy and easy well documentions instruction. I did not find that to be the case. I get dupes every time I sync and the instructions are not easy enough to show you how to correct the issue.
Pros: Easy Setup, Good Resolution
Cons: Poor Software

Pros: Excellent Software, Widely Compatible, Good Resolution, Accurate Color, It does what I expected, Easy Setup, Good Bit Depth
Cons: Can't read all cards, Inaccurate Scans

People are so busy taking care of business that they forgot to take care of BUSINESS. Cardscan is a must for any professional who meets people and wants to serve them in the most efficient way. If you are not a professional, then Cardscan is not for you!

The cardscan abiltity to separate contacts into different categories and keep them organized is a major plus. The Scanning function, "OCR" for accuracy is overwhelmingly one of the best improvements and feature of the Executive software!

I asked if this product was compatible with Goldmine Corporate Edition and I bought it on that. It DOES NOT WORK with Goldmine!
Cons: Goldmine does not work, Poor Software, Difficult Setup
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
