Love the card scan services. Just wish it would work with Excel better - still have trouble cutting and pasting names .... Other than that - can't live without it!
Pros: Good Resolution, Excellent Software, Accurate Color, Works on Network, Has improved greatly, Easy Setup

Easy to manage & network with customers!

Use this product to manage and netwrok with all my customers. Allows me to easily maintain and reachc out to customers whenever necesary and tranfer into Outlook
Pros: Good Resolution, Accurate Color, Easy Setup
Cons: Poor Software, Organization of contacts

This is a great product saving me an lot of time inputting information from the business cards from contacts. Additionally, I no longer worry about backing up now that I am also using "AtYourService." As my company grows I plan to purchase additional CardScans for my staff.

sync issue with outlook

with ms outlook and outlook express being the two major database managers, you would think that cardscan would make sure that syncing with them would be easy and easy well documentions instruction. I did not find that to be the case. I get dupes every time I sync and the instructions are not easy enough to show you how to correct the issue.
Pros: Easy Setup, Good Resolution
Cons: Poor Software
