I love using the CardScan Executive because it makes connecting with my clients and associates easy! I own a coaching and consulting company The Winner's Circle. I meet with, coach, consult or speak to over 300 people in a slow week! So you can imagine how many business cards I recieve and how crazy it used to be to keep up to date. Now I can come back to my office and either myself or my assistant can scan the days cards in within 20 minutes. That's about 50 - 100 cards, all inputted and set to keep in touch with At Your Service. Another great function that emails and updates your contacts every three months. The Executive Scanner allows me to store and retrieve the hundreds of business cards I receive while networking.

considering the graphics on some business cards, I find it very accurate, especially contact numbers; if it doesn't put info in the right slot, it is at the bottom in "Other" and just has to be relocated. only drawback is I cannot use it on my laptop as well...

I use this software daily to keep my contacts organized. Not only does it sync with other products I use, but it also integrates seamlessly with my DYMO LabelWriter printer. It doesn't get any easier!
