DESKTOP CLEANER !!!

First of all this is not a fake review. I'm not involved with CardScan or whatsoever... I had my desktop filling up with contacts and I had no time enough to enter the data into my PC. But I needed the business cards' information with me, even on my laptop... Well, before using CardScan I could not even think to waste time to review a product like I'm doing right now... Now I can even "enjoy" a coffee: before I only had the time to drink it... As I said above: no CONs, only PROs...
Pros: Excellent Software, Easy Setup
Cons: None

It makes real good for keeping my contacts up to date,I love it so much i bought one for home.
Pros: Works on Network, Good Bit Depth, Easy Setup, Accurate Color, Widely Compatible
Cons: Inaccurate Scans

I use it for my contacts from business cards and other sources. It's disappointing it will not work with our corporate server and Lotus Notes. But that has not stopped me. I would like it to read contact info dropped onto the "Notes" tab for a new contact and then read that info as if it were a new card. This would facilitate copy and paste from other online sources of contact info - like the signature block of an email, for example.

CardScan delivers

The scanning is great with few mistakes. I scanned cards that had special (reflexive) coating successfully. The software almost always files the various lines on the cards correctly, and recognizes several modes of writing phone numbers. My favorite feature is that I can store the image of the card (front and back) together with the contact info. I have found CardScan Executive works problem-free [...]. In fact, it is such a nice gadget we had to purchase a second one - someone stole the first.

I love using the CardScan Executive because it makes connecting with my clients and associates easy! I own a coaching and consulting company The Winner's Circle. I meet with, coach, consult or speak to over 300 people in a slow week! So you can imagine how many business cards I recieve and how crazy it used to be to keep up to date. Now I can come back to my office and either myself or my assistant can scan the days cards in within 20 minutes. That's about 50 - 100 cards, all inputted and set to keep in touch with At Your Service. Another great function that emails and updates your contacts every three months.
