This saucepan was bought to replace a non stick saucepan of the same volume with a glass lid.
I like the size of this saucepan and that it has higher sides than many other 1qt saucepans.
But I didn’t realize I would miss having a glass lid. And it’s not as easy to clean as I expected. I have metal saucepans that I can just fill with water and whatever I was cooking just comes right off. Scrambled egg (which was one reason for the purchase) sticks like glue and is a pain to remove.
I have to say this saucepan doesn’t really work for my specific purposes.

These are the very best pans I have ever owned. Bought them to replace my 38 year old set I received for my wedding gift! My old pans are still in great shape but the handles were getting worn so I ordered a new set. I was worried they would not be the same quality as my original set. I was so happy to get these new pans which are the same great quality. I LOVE them!

I had this saucepan and lid since I was married 37 years ago and I finally had to replace it with a new one because of damage I had done to the handle. The new one is exactly like the old one, just a tad smaller, but it's tried and true, dishwasher safe, and it's a brand I trust and would recommend to anyone.
