Knife blades are 10" long, 6 1/2" to the hilt. This is 1 1/2" shorter than my previous knife from 1986. The motorized handle is longer and wider oddly enough, which makes it a little more unwieldy than my other one.

my parents moved into their house 27 years ago. When they first moved here, it was here at the house they bought. I’m 24 writing this. My dad used to cut briskets up for when we were kids for our birthday parties. I just cut up a brisket this weekend for my dad’s 54th birthday and will be using it in february for my son’s birthday.It still works like a charm I can’t wait to pass it on to my kids. It’s worth its weight in gold.
