Works fine in carving our holiday turkey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item just came right in time for holidays and our first test on using it is carving the turkey for thanksgiving. It did fine slicing the meat but would have been helpful if it’s more sharper to get cleaner cut. It also keeps tripping but once we use another outlet it works fine. The cuts on the turkey was not as clean as I thought it would be and is not faster either but it makes the effort a lot less by using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Proctor Silex - Proctor Silex Electric Knife. The blades on this knife are better than any other electric knife that I’ve used. It makes cutting anything from bread to roasts or cuts of any meat very easy and you will feel like a pro ! The on off is easy to work and getting the blades out to clean was very easy to do. These blades are pretty sharp, definitely way better than my other on. (My now former one). Definitely switching and using the Proctor Silex - Proctor Silex Electric Knife. It’s perfect . This would make a great gift for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to have something new to cut the turkey this year and this really met expectations. Not only was it precise cutting but it didn't cause a mess or damage. Faster then using a regular knife, cutting the time in half but no more getting tiered sore hands. The blades were quick cutting the meat with ease. Of course it produced noise but worth it. The blades were easy to eject from the base to wash and came out clean. I will be using this to cut all my larger meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex Electric Knife and it's a Greta knife. It works great at slicing through meat and making nice clean slices. It's very simple to use and easy to store. The blades are sharp and tough. Great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my electric knife to cute a mini watermelon at first it seemed pretty strong then I noticed it was having difficulty cutting through the the rind. I like that it comes with two blades and the motor isn’t loud like most electric knives.

I know for me it personally made cutting extremely easy and flawless. The knife does all the work for you so it's safer, faster and cuts more evenly. Overall, I think this product is great and I am looking forward to using it in my kitchen for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this electric knife. It is lightweight and easy to hold and handle. It cuts good and the blades are really sharp. It is so versatile that it can slice bread and it can slice different kinds of meats. It slices evenly. It comes with a 3 year warranty which is good in case something breaks on it. The blades come apart for easy cleaning.

The blades pop out and you can wash them! Easy Peasy! I cannot wait to use this on the upcoming holidays to slice the meat! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a decent electric knife!
