I have owned my patio heater for the past 8 months and use say that I am very satisfied.it has provided sufficient heat and has held up against the elements. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. What. Great product to enjoy the outdoors more!

Assembly was fine. the views in the assy. manual was very blurry so hard to see minute details like which side gets the acorn nuts. So you just have to go for it. the pole leaning a little and not sure why. Could be the concrete slab. Doesnt quite heat up past your torso while standing but at 40 degrees outside not bad for standing underneath. Holding the gas button in every time it is lite for 30 sec. is kind of weird but must be necessary overall or they would not have printed that instruction. Parts organization / protection and instructions are very good. Box was opened when delivered and I did notice a big ding on the bottom but will check it out again.

Just set it up in about an hour - only confusing part was that I needed to add a battery to the ingiter and it started right up - love our backyard more now with it!

I purchased my Patio Heater a few weeks ago am extremely pleased with how well it works with 46,000 BTU. Easy to assemble and easy to operate/ You just touch the igniter button and your right there. Ask my wife, need I say more
