Great Quality

Recently purchased a fire sense patio heater and wow! Were extremely happy with not only the quality, looks, but the performance of the unit! Great product for the money. We liked it so much we bought 3 more for a total of four. Used in our covered patio area.

The price was certainly a consideration but I didn’t expect it to be so easy to assemble. While a second person is definitely helpful, it came together in a little less than 30 minutes. He trickiest part was the reflector and that wasn’t too bad either. All the nuts and bolts are in a package that is individually labeled so it made the right bolts easy to find. Once assembled it fired right up and we were nice and toasty in no time. Over night our wind came up and I was worried about it getting blown over but in the morning it was still standing. I would, however, recommend keeping your tank fairly full to help keep it anchored. We also live in Seattle and I think getting a cover will be the next accessory. Very happy so far

Good product but the first time I pushed the start button the starter component caved in. The product still works but I need to get it repaired. Haven't had a chance to file the warranty.
Will be a five star product once the warranty is honored and product is repaired.

Works great except for one thing

Just finished assembling and noticed igniter did not work. Unscrewed the igniter and clearlybthe igniter was not assembled correctly. Once lit manually it does the job great but will be in touch with the company Monday.

When I was putting the heater together I noticed that I could easily overtighten the bolts that hold the main tower and frame in place, squishing the small tubes that make up the frame slightly. I didn't think much of it but when I used the pole to tip and roll the heater I believe the frame bent slightly so now the pole isn't vertical any more. I may be able to take it apart and readjust it but that's a project for another day.

Extending the Minnesota Patio Season!

We have been wanting a patio heater for several years now. We love to sit on our Minnesota porch and relax when the weather permits. Wit the Minnesota winter's, our patio season is fairly short. We just bought this patio heater and found it to be easy to assemble and use. It seems to have a solid construction and good quality parts. We have used it twice already and are VERY happy with it. We are very excited about extending our patio season earlier in the spring and later in the fall!

Very happy with the patio heater. Purchased two because of how they looked. Actually better than expected. The size is perfect and gives off great heat.
