Easy Assembly

It took about one hour to assemble. The directions were clear. The packaging of the nuts, bolts and washers was excellent, the best I have seen. One small point, there was no indication of which way to install the battery. However, their customer service was great. I telephoned and left a message, and they returned my call that same day with the information .

Love at first sight but product has underwhelmed 9 months later

Was really excited when we got our two new patio heaters. They worked very well at first and were a great addition to our back porch. However, as time went on the heaters had a hard time lighting and now one of the heaters barely gives off any heat while the other lights and then disengages within 60 seconds. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
