Our heater works great, easy assembly and starts up first click every time.. Once we get it going it gets turned down to a low setting and keeps our deck warm.

Patio Heater quality

I bought my heater from costco. Assembly was straight forward. Some of pre-assembled parts were not not as securely fastened and required additional torque (not easily accessable). Seems to be solidly built and good to look at. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the loose connections.Downgraded due to
required tightening of screws, specifically in the area of the burner control and igniter (upper and lower philips screws holding the parts in this area).

I bought this product a couple months ago so we could enjoy our newly covered deck on cold evenings. Product has not disappointed and it not only works well, but looks great too!

I bought a patio heater 10 days ago, had no problem with ate assembly but had a problem with it staying lit. Well Traveled was very attentive to the issue and had it resolved the same day I contacted them. Very pleased with the product and the company!
