Lighting Problem

Assembled heater, tried to light unit with the igniter. Did not work but did work by lighting unit with stick lighter. So, I knew the unit worked. Called customer service and was told to install AAA battery. Did so and now the igniter works. Could not find that a AAA battery had to be installed behind igniter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for outdoor parties!

Easy to put together with 2 people. Nice color accents outdoor patio furniture. Easy to roll on wheels. Very tall, so do not feel your hair will catch on fire when standing under. Really easy to ignite. Puts out very large circumference of heat!

Handsome and effective

Just received this yesterday and finished putting it together. It wasn't hard but it took me the hour they said it would. Rolled it out onto my patio and will fire it up as soon as I get my propane tank filled.
This looks like a very good quality unit. Well designed and nicely put together.

Easy assembly. No problems so far

I bought this thru Costco last month and just assembled it this week. Everything seems to be working great. Only issue is that the top part of the heater, that reflects heat down, didn't line up perfectly and so there are a few tiny gaps between the pieces where they overlap, possibly allowing some heat to sneak thru. But so far, we have used it several times and it heats our outdoor patio table area quite nicely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to put together and wonderful to use

We bought two and I was the lucky one to have to put both of them together. Ugh!! But once I got started, it was a breeze!! Great directions. Well organized supplies!! It went together fast - the second one was super easy and now we are toasted warm ;)
