My old GE microwave died and I immediately went out to get a new microwave. This new one isn't as powerful as my old one but it does a great job. There is one feature I really like and that's the "add 30 seconds" button, sometimes you don't need a full minute. It also has a timer on it and has replaced my wind up kitchen timer, that too is a great feature for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a GE microwave prior to this purchase and had to bet a new one only because the turntable feature stopped turning. This model was exactly the same with the exception of a smaller interior and the power does not seem to be the same. We are continually having to add time to heat and reheat items that heated through the first time around in our old GE microwave. Other than that it is perfectly functional

We bought a larger microwave. It heats all the way thru and not just the top part.

Was looking to replace my old microwave, researched and settled on this GE model. Am very pleased. Like the features and the sensor aspect of it. Sad to see this model is no longer manufactured.
