I really like this microwave. It cooks evenly, foods stay moist and all of the product cook times are right on. Easy to use and you can set multiple times at once. The only downside of this microwave is I've had to buy a new one every two years. This is my third one of the same model that I have purchased. It sounds crazy to buy it again but I like this particular one. The size is perfect, watts are what I need. I'm hoping that this one will last longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this microwave on June 17, 2014, and was returning on July 31, 2014, because it stopped working all of a sudden. It didn't last 2 months!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased about 2 months ago after the old one died. I love the "reheat" feature. That's a new feature I haven' t had before! Just love it and the color.

We replaced a GE Profile 1.6 that worked great except the inside door coating was almost gone and concerns on safety required us to replace it. The new GE microwave 1.4 is smaller than the one we had , however it was the only one offered that fit in the space. The nice thing is the 14" plate and turn table will work in the new microwave. It will take some getting used to since it doesn't cook as fast, but it does work well. I would recommend it.
