was fine, but a year ago it started to act erratically, and now, 6 y old, it does not work. The timer works, the lights work, but it generates no microwaves. I find the longevity to be inadequate
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good size at a good cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very good size for our counter top. We were replacing an over the range model with a range hood and this microwave. Did not want one too big or too small and this fits just perfectly. i own several other Ge appliances and are happy with all of them. Heats food very fast with the 1100 watts in this small range.
