like this very much, however I wish there were rubber pegs on the bottom to keep it from sliding around on the counter.

WORST MONEY SPENT ON A BAD PRODUCT

Purchased this unit a month ago. After 7 weeks of normal use, it began running without heat whenever the door is closed and no button pushing will stop it. my last unit was super cheap and ran for 10 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unit has a short life

Purchased this model 1.5 years ago. Worked fine up until a last week when the interior light and turn table started to come on by itself at random. The actual microwave function continued to work but when the time was done the unit would beep but the light & turntable would continue to run. Now nothing works but the timer/clock. Based on my experience with my previous microwaves I expected this unit to lastlonger than 1.5 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave is not as good as others I have had. When you select beverage you wait until it is done there is NO time count down, you just wait until it is done no preset time. After 3 months it is making a grinding noise like a drive gear going bad. I feel like this should have been a better product from GE then it has. I just hope when it goes it will still be under warranty, otherwise NO more GE products for me!

Used the microwave for about 1 week now. Heats ok. Beverage setting seems a little low since does not make the liquid hot, but I think I need to change the power level. I used to own a 1.4 cu ft, but even this 1.1 cu ft provides sufficient room for large dishes. Also has 30 second button, which we use frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!
