GE Microwave

I chose this model because of it's larger interior size, and having a previous GE microwave that was a superior product. The issue that I've had with this model is that the microwave will not accept time entered requests with certain items. For example if I have a microwavable packaged frozen vegetable, the microwave will NOT allow me to enter a time, nor will it allow me to select 'vegetable' to start the microwave. The same issue occurred with a large baking dish that was covered with wax paper. I finally found a way to by-pass the issue by keying everything in while the door was opened and then pressing start after closing the door
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BOUGHT THIS OVER A YEAR AGO AND JUST LOVE IT. IT COOKS EVENLY AND HAS THE EXPRESS COOKING CONTROL PANEL WHICH I USE ALL THE TIME. I EVEN USE THE ADD 30-SECONDS FEATURE EVEN MORE FOR QUICK REHEATS. GOOD LOOKING AND MATCHES ALL MY OTHER APPLIANCES. MAKES GREAT POPCORN ALSO!! FOR THE PRICE,YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS MICROWAVE!!!

I love our new microwave! It has so many cool options on it like add 30 seconds and one time touch for one to four minutes! AND... The price was right too!

I brought this unit about a month ago to replace a smaller microwave. The size is perfect and will handle anything I need to put into it. The reheat function is a nice feature. The unit has a clean style and is easy to use.
