I love the fact that I can turn off everything individually. I am happy that I can turn off everything at once. I had power surges last year and the one that I had caught fire, but it saved everything that was plugged into it. So, I had to get another one. I really, love this product...

Great product, I use it to sort power for my TV, VCR, CD and DVD players. When not in use, it allows me to turn them off. Unswitched outlet gives options for table lamp use. Switches work well and have firm feel. Worth the price and saves power use too.

I bought the Tripp Lite TMC-6 to control and protect our new Toshiba computer. I chose the Tripp Lite TMC-6 for two reasons, my old Tripp Lite control/surge unit always worked as intended and is still protecting the old computer in my office. The other reason is its dark gray/black matches the Toshiba perfectly. The buttons are laid out well, as are the AC jacks in back. The price was right and readily available from several sources. I highly recommend this unit to anyone needing a good surge protector and computer component control station.
