What can you say about an inanimate object?

Plenty, if it's one that sits quietly and allows the user to control the power to numerous peripherals. I have two of these. One used for three printers, that are used daily, and an 8-port USB connector. I am able to have any, or all, on as needed. The other one controls power to my PC, monitor, modem and label printer. The small footprint allows for more desk space. The always on connector on one is used for my clock radio and a lamp on the other. Highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to get rid of the AC extensions lying on the floor, being a trip hazard and collecting dust. Economical, too. A ten on a scale of 1 to 10.

This unit is very good for me. It made my computer faster, more responsive and easier to use. My old unit was falling apart and this Tripp-Lite is so much better for stronger connections. A person will not go wrong getting one of these units for a stronger connection to their devices.
Pros: Compact, Great Protection, Warranty, Well Built / Quality, Well Labeled

Save your Expensive Computer and Data

If you value your computer and data then you need this unit. I lost a hard drive because of a surge and its an expensive venture if you don't have a system back-up to reinstall. The Tripp-lite panels are small and offer so much protection for a small price.
Pros: Compact, Great Protection, Warranty, Well Built / Quality, Well Labeled

Works as expected. Push Buttons in lieu of Rocker Buttons seem to work well.

I like my new TouchMaster 6

I purchased the TouchMaster 6 to protect my iMac 27" and 3 external backup drives from surge damages, and to be able to switch the drives on/off, so they won't wear out by being powered on 24/7, because they are used as secondary backups, and used on average, once a week. The front switches, makes it very convenient to do, and helps me keep my desktop free of hard drives and wires, without a need to reach over to disconnect wires, or toggle the on/off switch, that the drives have on their back panel. The TouchMaster's enclosure feels sturdy, so I am not worried to have my expensive iMac, sitting on top of it, from falling over, or shake. Plus, it raises it off the desktop by almost 2 inches, that makes the viewing angle a bit better than sitting on the desktop itself. So far been using it for a couple of weeks, and quite happy with it. My reason for giving it 4 stars out of 5, is because the sockets on the back of the TouchMaster are very very tight, allowing only the smallest plugs to be connected one next to the other. Luckily, I have box full of adapters and extenders. And if two of my backup drives didn't have only 2 prong plugs, I wouldn't be able to plug them all, until I purchased an adapter or extender with a minimal plug. I had to try different plugs, and move them around, until I had 5 plugged in. Even the smallest plugs, touch each other. I really think that the TouchMaster, could use a little more room between the outlets. It is really simple to use, and should take, no more than 5 minutes to setup. But it took me about 40 minutes, to setup, looking everywhere, including my adapters box, until I managed to plug the 5. Also, in my opinion, the unit's depth is 11 inches, and needs additional 2 3/4 inches to accommodate the plugs. On my desktop, it is really sticking out, and almost reaches the centerline. Taking the 2 pointers into consideration, the TouchMaster is overall a very nice surge protector!
