Garage Ready when you add a garage ready kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was advertised as garage ready. But, not for a garage in North Dakota. However, it is suitable for the addition of a garage kit which is a frigidaire product and available online. Since I added the kit, the fridge works great in my North Dakota garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to change my old refrigerator and saw fairly good reviews for this one. However I notice when we are bending down to get something in the lower areas you hit your head on the handle of the freezer when you come up. this happened a few times so now we watch out. Also the freezer is too cold and overfreezes. Tried to adjust the knob and it is overfrozen so we will have to unplug and wait for refrigerator to warm up to move the control.

How do you change freezer shelf height

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this today. deeper than my old one and not as wide. Prefer wider to depth, things are going to get lost in the back. Storage bins cheaply made, hopefully they will last. My biggest concern is that I cannot figure out how to adjust freezer shelf height. It has two sets of indents in the fridge, but the shelf doesn't want to come out. It's positioned so low that hardly anything will fit on bottom of freezer. Would be good for 2nd fridge in garage not sure how I am going to like it for my main fridge.

Hey Irie, there may be a white plastic clip on the end of the shelf that is wrapped around the wire. This is for shipping and can be removed. After this, push the shelf to the left side of the freezer. The holes are recessed in deeper than on the right hand side of the unit. The end of the shelf will be exposed and it can then be adjusted.
