We love our new refridgerator! It looks great, is smudge proof and easy to clean! I love the movable compartments in the door! The controls are easy and in a good spot and love having a light in the freezer! Simple but elegant!

Good Value for the Modest price

The refrigerator has been a pleasant surprise with just one minor exception. The interior is designed to be very adaptable to our needs. We no longer have to juggle the food and containers to store tall items. The storage space in the doors is much better than our last refrigerator. The only drawback is the noise level at certain times. The refrigerator makes a popping noise sometimes when it first starts up. It isn't loud but it was worrisome at first until Frigidaire sent a service rep out and he explained the popping noise was normal. It only lasts about 15 seconds. I talked to other friends of ours and they have different makes but say the noise level is definitely loud on their models also.

We purchased this unit to go into our house & the vegetable drawer cracked in the 1st month. In general, the unit is a decent midrange refrigerator with no bells or whistles. Case in point, no light in the freezer, egg shelf a la cart, etc...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice fridge

I bought this model about one month ago. Everything is working well. I put in an optional ice maker and it works great but the ice has a funny flavor to it. I have dumped out the ice twice just to make more hoping that flavor would disappear but it hasn't. Now my water coming out of my faucets does not have any taste as when this fridge makes my ice. Not sure if there is a filter to put on this optional ice maker or not? Or am I having to put a filter on the water line to the fridge?
