Thought it was a great buy but now its makin more noise everyday, almost like its makin popcorn or sumthin. Kinda annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Niecie. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. During defrost cycles, water dripping onto the defrost heater may cause a hissing or sizzling sound. THEEEE Worst Refrigerator/Freezer EVER!

I bought this 60 days ago - it has yet to go lower than 48F. If I move the controls (both the refrigerator and freezer controls) to the coolest setting, the freezer gets too cold and freezes up, and no cold air can go to the refrigerator. Have tried to get a repairman there, but Frigidaire says they have to "find one" for my area. Are they kidding? Meanwhile, no items can be stored in the new refrigerator/freezer. It looks really nice though.

I bought this refrigerator few months ago. It has been working very good. The size is just right for me. The stainless steel look great It is very quiet too.

Our purchase was a great buy. It's size for the money was a great value. The inner shelves are arranged as though they asked me first. And it runs quietly.

I have always liked Frigidaire. The problem is that it pops and is loud. It makes me afraid it won't last too long.

Lacking

Pretty lacking for a basic fridge. We had to pay extra for a cover for the dangling, exposed lightbulb to keep it from being broken by items knocking against it. Likewise, bins for the door shelves to keep items from falling out. If I wasn't planning to leave this refrigerator behind when I move, I would never have bought it, even at it's low price. Overall disappointing.
