Everything feels cheaply made on unit

I do not like anything about our new frig! It is awful!

What a disappointment

I can't remember exactly when we bought this, but the manufacture date is in 2017, and it is 8/2019. We bought it for it's supposed energy efficiency. I hate this refrigerator ,I am so glad to see it is discontinued, it deserves to be. The door shelves constantly fall off. My huband advised me to only put "light" items in the door. What? Even that is no guarantee. That is in the fridge. The freezer door might or might not stay closed. My kids have eatten many misshaped popsicles from when the door has come ajar. So much for that energy efficiency to say nothing of food safety. What a horrible design. Won't be buying Frigidaire again any thime soon.

Are your doors closing/sealing properly?
Are there any tears, or holes on the gaskets?
Is your appliance on a leveled surface?
It is very important for your refrigerator to be level to function properly. If your fridge is not leveled, this may cause your doors to be misaligned and not close or seal properly, which could lead your unit to have cooling, frost or moisture problems.

Sufficient, but not recommendable

The fridge is basic and sufficient for my needs, but it has no special features and already leaks inside. Even in the recommended setting the freezer doesn't stay cold enough to keep ice cream hard.

I've had problems with the ice maker leaking as well as the temp control. It's been a month now and we are still waiting for replacement parts, the product was only 3 months old when these issues arose

I can't believe I am just discovering how great a refrigerator the Frigidaire is. It is very spacious and the flexible drawers and shelves are wonderful.
