A steady decline in functionality

First NEW refrigerator our family purchased - all previous were included with house or purchased 2nd- hand. Immediately upon delivery, fridge motor was surprisingly loud... but we shrugged and forced ourselves to get used to it. Now 4 years after purchase, I've already replaced the side door racks once, and now the shelves are falling apart. Beyond frustrated, and now it appears I can't even get replacement shelves or racks anymore? Not surprised it's been discontinued. We've never had any temperature or cooling issues at least - which gives it an additional star from the 1 star it deserves.
I've had excellent Frigidaire products in the past - I have to think this is a fluke?

I am enjoying this refrigerator. I love it, it has the space i wanted a new refrigerator with adequate space and it is has not let me down. very good purchase and the price was unbelievable.
