[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for about a month, so far so good. Feedback is regarding the ice maker. We have several times found the ice maker stuck and no longer producing ice.

Excess Freezing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At apx.nine months, the freezer became a deep freeze. We are on our third repair with no improvement. We have owned many refrigerators for 45 years without such a problem. What do you do with rock-solid ice cream and ice sticking to the fingers?

Disappointed

I recently bought this refrigerator, and within 2 weeks it was replaced by another new one which had the same problem. The glass shelves have several ridiculously unsightly "decorative" circles which do not show up until the refrigerator has been plugged in overnight. No cans, bottles, or any objects had been placed on the shelves before the rings appeared.The rings overshadow each other & cannot be removed with cleaning. These rings are unacceptable. Please see photos attached. Please respond back to me regarding this issue. Thank you.

Good Value Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it has been a good purchase. We liked the movable side door parts and the variety of different drawer sizes. The refrigerator is sleek, runs efficiently, is very quiet and easy to clean. Our two main complaints at this time - the slide out drawer within the refrigerator is very functional in the end; nice idea but wrong size. Also we do not like the flip out side door of the freezer. Doesn't close well and often boxes hang up the door so it won't close right.
