Not cold enough

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SteveatHartfordp, I am sorry to hear your refrigerator is not cooling low enough to meet your expectations. Factory temperature settings for the refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer is 0 degrees. Acceptable operating temperatures for the refrigerator is 33 degrees to 47 degrees and the freezer is -6 degrees to 6 degrees. If your unit is in a garage or area where the temperature is below 55° F, adjust the freezer control to the coldest setting to improve performance. My review of your consumer account shows a completed service call with Mr. Appliance of Sioux Falls (605-809-8500). If your refrigerator is not cooling within these temperature ranges, please reconnect with them directly. Our Authorized Service Providers guarantee their repairs for 60 days and they will come back out. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly for assistance by calling Mon-Fri, 8a-8p or Saturday 9a-6p EST @ 800-944-9044. We are here for you. Perfect Second Fridge
