Garage Ready

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this item . I had to use it in my kitchen. It is not for everyday use. The shelves are flimsy it cant hold much weight. it will bow in the center and you cant remove the vegetable drawers because of the weight on the shelf. I only have a gallon of milk and a few bowls not much weight .It is not quite, I had this frig since April and it makes lots of noises. Good for the garage not the kitchen.

I would like to reassure you, our glass shelves are rated to hold 50 pounds. With a gallon of milk weighing 8 pounds, which means our shelves will hold 6 gallons of milk without breaking! Please review the installation instructions, as your shelves may not be installed correctly if they are bowing. Page 19 in your Owner's Manual addresses the normal operating sights and sounds. Freezer is not working

Works like a Champ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as a replacement from Home Depot without ice maker. All temps pre-set from factory and it was level out of the box. Plugged it in and was cold within 30 minutes...that include the freezer! Runs a fraction of the time my old one did, already see the decreased energy use. No moisture on the outside. QUIET. Great space allocation inside.

These are all normal sounds and that indicate your refrigerator is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds seem even more noticeable. Page 19 of your owner's guide addresses the normal sounds and sights your refrigerator will exhibit. If what you are hearing is not listed, please reconnect with us directly by calling our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. It makes some very odd noises and the ice maker actually stopped working effectively this week. It's funny that I received this request for feedback today...timing is everything!
